I’d like to cancel or amend my booking / ask about a refund

To cancel or amend a booking, simply login to your account and navigate to Current Bookings, within My Account. Please be advised that members can cancel up to three events per year and we ask that you provide at least 3 hours of notice. Cancelled bookings are non-refundable.

I can’t find my booking confirmation

Booking confirmations for seat-filling opportunities, can be found within your account, under Current Bookings.

Booking Confirmations for West End Tickets offers (not Seat Filling) will not show in your account because these tickets are fulfilled by a different company (Encore). We suggest giving them a call on 0207 492 9989 or send them an email to ask them to resend your booking confirmation. Their email address is [email protected]

Please follow the above steps, before contacting us. If after following those, you still need our help, do get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

I’d like to join the waiting list for a fully booked event

If an event is showing as fully booked, it means that our current inventory is sold out. Any tickets that become available will be added to the listings on site for you to book.

You can join our waiting list for any fully booked show. If more tickets become available, you will be automatically notified by email.

If I book tickets, will we be sat together?

Yes, you will be seated together if you buy more than one ticket. If you make more than one booking, we will automatically group the tickets.

Where/when should I collect my tickets?

The collection instructions are given on every listing and on each PDF booking confirmation issued. Please not that Collect from the Box Office always refers to the address of the venue and the address is always given on the PDF confirmation.

You should always collect tickets during the times stated on your confirmation. Do not arrive any more than 1 hour ahead of the show, unless we specifically ask you too. Your tickets will not be available for collection.

Will my account close if I don’t book within 3 months?

No, we have changed this rule. Members must now make at least one booking per year to remain a member of Central Tickets.

How can I find shows in my area?

At this time, the majority of shows we work with are in London, but we do get some regional events and we're working hard to bring you more regional opportunities. We hope you'll stick around whilst we make this happen.

To filter shows by your area, click on the advanced search filter and choose the regions you'd like to search.

How can I let you know about my access needs?

Access Bookings for Seat-Filling Opportunities

For seat-filling bookings, the only thing we ask is that you get in touch with us so that we can reach out to the venue on your behalf to make sure they can accommodate you. Sometimes the venues do not have access and we wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey.

Some of the events we work with book quickly. If you would prefer to book tickets to secure your booking and then contact us to check whether the venue can seat you, we're happy for you to do that. Should the venue not be able to accommodate your needs for any reason, we will of course cancel and refund your booking.

Alternatively, you can make enquiries before booking and we can reach out and ask if your needs can be met.

Access Bookings for West End Promotions (external promotions)

Members wishing to make bookings for full-price West End promotions (paid) which we promote via email should follow the instructions given on those particular sites for access bookings. There is a telephone number on each of those links to call for access bookings. Alternatively, you can do a quick google search and see what accessibility the venue has and proceed to book online via the links we promote. Please visit this link to view or download an excellent guide prepared by Official London Theatre which details the accessibility of over 60 London Theatre venues.

At this time, we do not maintain an active database of accessibility for all London venues. To ensure that you get the correct information, we advise you that direct specific access enquiries regarding any particular event that is not listed as a seat-filling event to the venue itself.

Where can I update my details, or delete my account?

If you login into your account and click on My Account, you can edit your email preferences, update your password, change your email address or delete your account.
